LabLi is a personal health data management tool that allows you to:

Track health metrics over time
View trends and patterns
AI-generated insights

LABLI IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND IS NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE.

The Service provides informational content only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or seen on LabLi.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating your account
Upload only your own health data or data you are authorized to access
Keep your account credentials secure
Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service

5. Data Ownership

Your Data Belongs to You

You retain ownership of all health data you upload to LabLi. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and process your data to provide the Service
  • Use AI services to parse and analyze your data
  • Generate insights and visualizations for your use

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

6. AI-Generated Content

LabLi uses artificial intelligence to parse lab reports and generate insights. You acknowledge that:

7. Service Availability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LABLI AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Any damages arising from your use of AI-generated insights
  • Any medical decisions made based on information from the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LabLi and its creators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse the Service or other users

You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

11. Changes to Terms
